Negotiations, Deal Structuring, and Money Raising Workshop

Jillian Sidoti, Esq. will be joining Anthony Chara and Vena Jones-Cox for this 3-day event that lives up to its title! Each class module will be given its own day so that the experts can focus in on the fine details of their respective fields.
Vena Jones-Cox has negotiated over 800 win-win deals with sellers all over the country and trained thousands of students to do the same. Walk through real-life examples as you find out how to get sellers to carry financing, delay payments, consider lower prices-all while maintaining rapport and being a genuinely nice person! If you’ve ever wondered how to tell sellers things you suspect they don’t want to hear (like, “I need you to take payments”) this will be a day of real-life strategies that will put real money in your pocket when you use them.
You will be learning the many possibilities that are Deal Structuring from, Anthony Chara. He’ll even provide you with some software you can use to ‘split’ your deals. You’ll look at compensating Credit Partners, Money Partners, Experience Partners, etc, on both past and current deals. Anthony has raised over $11MM to fund deals for his coaching students and himself and split each deal differently. You’ll learn how to let the deal help dictate the splits.
Raising Private Money the Correct Way
Taught by Crowdfunding Lawyer, Jillian Sidoti. Jillian will teach you the right way to raise Private Money. She’ll also talk about the latest Money Raising trend known as Crowdfunding. Many people are raising fund for their deals the wrong way and don’t know it. Come learn from Jillian on the correct way and all the proper paperwork you need to be successful.
